Lava Lake Map Unreachable loot dropped via Kitava.

Just encountered this same thing. Searched before making a new post so I'll bump this one.
It happened in a shaped map. I'm not positive but maybe w/e spawned on him died making it inaccessible. his normal loot where his spawned fine.  |
