OBS crashes the game

Hello everyone
I stream on youtube as Glorious_Bigbeard. Recently I've been encountering a problem where OBS crashes the game to a black screen. This dosn't happen with any other game that I stream. This usually happens when I alt tab out of the game to check POE.Ninja or the wiki. I've tried to hunt this problem down on the OBS forums and was unsuccessful. Basically I'm wondering if any of the other streamers who use OBS are having the same problem. I'm open to any suggestions and help.

Using an AMD 6core with two Nivida crossfire video cards. The platform I'm using is Vista. It is my believe that the problem may be with the video cards and not with the game. Again any suggestions or help in narrowing down the problem would be appreciated.

Someone on another forum suggested the problem stems form Desktop windows manager. I think he's right. I shutdown the service and I'll see if that works.

Another person suggested that its a problem with Aero. I'll look into this and leave a reply if I was able to fix the problem.
