poe.trade's greatest failure

You cant search for things which cost a certain currency. This is not so bad when it comes to normal items which almost always are being traded for chaos/exalts. However when it comes to maps.........

Say, I need to buy certain 2-3 tier maps. I am perfectly willing to trade them for orbs of chance. However out of the thousands of map offers I cant look up for only the orb of chance ones no matter how hard I try. And no, I am not willing to give alchemy orbs for maps, I need those.

It is kind of a small but very annoying flaw.

You can select the currency though...

Well, try selecting orb of chance and see what shows up.

Try setting buyout min=1 max=1

Problem is... there is no result, since nobody sells maps for orbs of chance.

You can try currency.poe.trade and select all maps you want in "what do you want" and orb of chance in "what do you have". Still no result because there is none.

Only one result currently, when I check all items of this seller on poe.trade this map is not referenced, maybe already sold.

You still can contact sellers and offer them orbs of chance instead of alchs.

I would not sell anything for less than 1 chaos
in time it takes me to sell map for chance orb i can probably find 1-5chaos worth items and currency

It is not that you can not list them for 1chance on poe trade,it is that no one sane would ask that little for them.

When I put random maps for 1chaos,i get instantly spamed with 50messages from people that needed exactly that one to complete atlas of that tier
