Inpulsa's Broken Heart and Vessel of Vinktar

Inpulsa's reads "unaffected by shock"
Vinktar reads "you are shocked furing flask effect"

when used in game, i get shocked when i use it.

It appears that the vinktar is overriding the effect of inpulsa's, is this intended? i kinda of ended up on the inpulsa because it would also negate the downside of vinktar's.

Unaffected by shock does not give you a 100% chance to avoid the ailment.

What it does is it removes its negative effect. This can potentially turn a status ailment into a positive buff with other uniques like the Leper shield or Maligaro belt.

TL;DR: You can be shocked. You will not take increased damage. This is a good thing.

Unaffected by shock =/= Immune to shock
The former still allows you to get the ailment, though it only causes you to get the shock debuff without any effects other than some lightning all over your body.
Immune to prevents you from getting shocked in the first place.
