3.1 dreamfeather LL or hybrid build theorycraft

Was wondering with the changes to hybrid armor if this might be viable due to fact you can focus more on defence with tree then increase the damage with auras and stuff or would it still be better for pure evasion/life
also what ascendency do you think would be best? shadow is nice for crit.. ranger is frenzy and elemental or flasks was also looking at duelist champion because of the 200% increased evasion on low life or slayer for leech and stun immunity
im hoping to be able to run all endgame content with this without crazy expensive.. maybe something that scales with gear and levels
Any help with a tree would be amazing and suggestions why one thing is better than another would be welcomed
Or are dreamfeather even considered a endgame weapon now? or should i just use something else and forget about dreamfeathers?
