Abyss Lich Boss bugged at 50% HP

I finally find the lich boss and halfway through he stops doing anything. He currently won't take damage and will only rotate.

I closed the game and came back in, just to check and it is still bugged. I'm really glad all my support and time has led me to this bull. This has been by far the buggiest build of the game. There was no reason to rush this expansion, no one expected an expansion this soon after the last from you guys.
