Echoes of Doedre Prophecy bug

Looks like this is bugged. I found the stone circle in western forest (act 7) and clicked on some body in the middle and it spawned the curse circles and like 8 ghosts. But no Doedre. Waited a few minutes and nothing. Last bumped on Dec 20, 2017, 7:14:54 AM
