Insane MTX graphic bug

https://youtu.be/pYA8iffUPOY This is 100% MTX related as it has appeared and disappeared as a player was moving. From what I could see it seems to be related to the New Ice and Fire MTX, in the vid shown it turned out to be Ice MTX but instances also occured with players using the 3.1 supporter packs mtx's and the Fire mtx.
