Shakari quest line bugged for me?

Hi,
So i didnt notice that there was a new minor God so i skipped oasis when i was leveling. I did all the quests from Petarus and Vanja and all the other quests in Act 9. Now i wanted to do Shakari and i cant lift the sand storm. I did again the storm blade and the Tauren guy in the Foothils and nothing. No talking options in town nothing. Is this a bug or what am i doing wrong? Thanks for the help. Last bumped on Dec 15, 2017, 5:31:47 AM

This is indeed a bug. I also have no dialog options for Petarus and Vanja/Sin, with Queen of the Sands being the only A9 quest I have left to do. Mildly irritating but I'm sure it will be fixed eventually.

Did you take the quest item to sandstorm blocking Oasis?
