[Not a bug]act 9 queen of sands reward

Hi,

in act 9 the quest "queen of sands", once completed, says: quest complete - you have killed Sin's corrupted daughter, Shakari. Irasha has rewarded you with 1 Passive Skill Point.

..but I dont' have such skill point and Irasha in Highgate has any reward for me.
How can I get the skill point?

thanks!

anyone with the same issue?
I have the exact same issue, my quest log has Queen of Sands completed and says Irashi has rewarded you with a passive skill point. No such point was given to me.
is there any official bug report about this?
it's strange that it happened only to 2 people.
When you type /passives does it also say you got +1 for queen of the sands? Mine does but I know it isn't true because I am still holding onto my full respec. I should add I completed the quest chain while I had full passive respec available.
I'll check asap

I've checked and it's the same for me, /passives says that I've got +1 for queen of the sands but I don't have it.

Someone official can please address this issue?

Same issue for me. Completed the quest and no passive point. In fact, it said i was done the second i killed the scorpion and didn't even make me talk to Irasha.

Not a bug.

You did the quest The Storm Blade and received a passive skill point as the quest reward. After the quest Queen of the Sands was added, the skill point reward - which you already got - was moved to it. Because you got that quest reward the game won’t give it to you again.
