Shakari, Queen of the Sands stuck outside of map

So i was fighting the new boss and created a portal close to the edge. When i came back in, the boss used his burrow attack and then he is stuck in the wall and stopped doing anything.

When reporting bugs please use the /bug chat command while in that instance, then include the bug reference number in your post so that GGG can access the relevant debug information. |

I had the same issue but I didn't create a portal, the boss bugged up against the wall and is unattackable/unresponsive.

I was able to complete the encounter after resetting the zone and staying in the middle of the pit instead of the sides, the bug possibly occurred because I dodged to the outside ledge and then the boss popped up in the wall fwiw.
