Cannot fight Tukohama, Karui God of War

Every time I attempt to fight him and if I die, the game crashes as soon as I attempt to re-enter his room. ITS HAPPENED TWICE NOW AS THE TIME THIS WAS POSTED.The only way to fix it entirely is to reset the instance. I'm gonna attempt a third time and see if it happens again.

EDIT: Its constantly crashing. I had to ask a friend to help me out and kill him. He isn't crashing which is weird. This must be some kind of visual problem in terms of graphics. I tested it without any skins that I had and still crashed.
After he killed him, I can enter the room. This is a major issue and hope others don't run into the same problem.
