Fast but "not cheap". I asked him for Elreon Craft + minimum endurance charge. We opened the trade, and I put 1ex & 1 divine & 30 chaos (since he didn't mention anything about crafting fee and I saw Mathil collecting 10-20c for tip when he provided master craft service. So I thought 30c's enough tip). This guy threw question mark in chat and typed "100c + cost" no other words. Well then I gave him 2ex + 1 divine. However he didn't give me the change back.
