Caustic Arrow DOT

Hi, guys. I wanna ask about Caustic Arrow DOT BUild. Are this actualy or not?
If it`s works. Show me build plz. :)

Did one last league. Felt utterly underwhelming. It works, it's safe but it is also very slow to kill bosses. Can't recommend it.
