Soul Raker alone should be sufficient.

i reach lvl 73 and i have only 1.8k DPS. why? can someone look what im doing bad? Be_My_Lover

If you are talking about your Blade Flurry tooltip, its not 1.8k dps you have, but 1.8k average damage per hit from the first hit, and I assume this is without any buff.
For precise calculation import your character to Path of Building and check out the dps calculation there.

Also, your character is using Warlord's mark blasphemy which is completely unnecessary for this build as the leech property you have from Soul Raker is enough to cover your leech. Please instead use Hatred to gain a lot more damage.

Another thing is your Whirling Blade setup. You already have Bane of Legend with is 20% culling strike, your whirling Blade + culling strike is useless, and the best setup for whirling blade is: Whirling Blade + Faster Attack + Blood Magic + Fortify. The reason for blood magic is to cast whirling blade endlessly, fortify is very important buff to have once tackling high tier content.

Another point is in your skill tree, you should spec into Twin Terror because it is the strongest crit chance node for dual wielding build, and should never be skipped.

You also ned to consider upgrading your flask to a Lion's Roar flask, because it is the best flask for this build, and very highly recommended/mandatory for high tier contents.

Without warlord's mark im lack on resistances and my leech is weak(i dying occasionally and need to be carefully). With warlord's mark I can do anything and facetank for now to t8 maps.
I will try Hatred when i hit high lvl

Swap your Sulphur flask for a Basalt flask, I guarantee you will not die as often ever again. Basalt flask is recommended in all cases until you have Taste of Hate.

With Basalt flask and Lion's Roar you will not feel the need of Warlord's mark. Other than that, try to cap your resistances, and go toward having about 6k life at level 90
