Links Siege Ballista > Added Cold Damage > Physical to Lightning > Weapon Elemental Damage > Elemental Focus > Added Lightning Damage Frenzy > GMP > PCoC > Curse on Hit > Projectile Weakness Haste > Clarity > Lightning Golem Blink Arrow > Faster Attacks > Faster Projectiles Gear Iron Commander Hrimsorrow Astramentis Pick up a Siege Ballista placement speed enchanted helm - they are pretty cheap. Brawnx2 Fluid Motion x3 Rain of Splinters This gives me 100% phys to elemental conversion with 5-6 totems (depending on my gear) With this jewel setup, you should get around 800 - 1000 dex, pending gear. Any comments or suggestions welcome - thanks! I'm currently level 61 on HCA Mess with the best, die like the rest. I hope you will still work on this build, I really want to try a Siege Ballista build.

Updated my build. I've decided that Volley is too much of a damage nerf for the slight benefit. Chain + Rain of Splinters is good enough for clearspeed.
Currently level 61 with following gear:
