Question regarding (Enemies can have 1 additional Curse)

How does this roll effect blasphemy curses? I heard it's desirable to have for my character which has 2 curses linked to blasphemy skill, but I can't seem to find any information of the damage benefits received from it. Can anyone recommend a place I read up on it or where I can find out more information about it?

There's nothing to say about it. Maybe you're looking too deep? The tag "enemies can have 1 additional curse" simply removes the 1 curse limit and makes it 2 limit. Blasphemy operates the same as it did if they had 1 limit.
Path of Building. Use it if you want to theorycraft without theory itself.

As DamageIncorporated says, it just means that two curses can apply concurrently.

Blasphemy makes the curse an aura: instead of applying when you cast it on something, it applies to anything within range of your character. Nothing else about the curse changes, just as nothing else about the curse changes when you stick a "Curse on Hit" support gem on it.
The correct answer was https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Curse.

It even already has information on despair. Vulnerability is still the old version though. If you need to use those two curses, check the patch notes and revealed gems.

As for the actual damage benefit, check out Path of Building. I don't think it replaces theorycrafting, but it's a relatively easy tool to verify it. Almost all mechanics are represented there.
I'm baffled that somebody has 40 challenges completed and doesn't understand how "1 additional curse" works.

Apart from that, every character has a curse limit of 1.

This modifier pushes your curse limit to 2(and 3/4 if you stack it multiple times on ascendacy's,gear) which enables enemy mobs to have two curses applied at the same time.

Without this modifier your latest cast curse will be on the mob. I'm not entirely sure how this operates with blasphemy, i assume they get effected by the initial curse and the secondary blasphemy never takes effect.
