KB was most popular skill in Harbinger.
GGG didn't nerfed this OP af skill as well as left Slayer with overleech (which is great, because it was Slayer's trademark), so yeah welcome to KB Meta all over again. Nor they did anything to nerf wands in general, Piscator or elemental scaling with attacks. They didn't even changed this massively OP shield, so you can still run with pretty much any wand and destroy everything. Awesome! Enjoy.
