Obliteration wand mod question

I'm really curious if Obliteration wand's mod "Gain (13-15)% of Physical Damage as Extra Chaos Damage" stack up to 30% chaos damage gained, if we dual wield two of these bad boys. Or am I just using wishful thinking a bit too much here? Last bumped on Dec 3, 2017, 4:36:45 PM

It certainly does stack, as does the explosion chance. Dual wielding them is highly recommended.
