Hello,

There is no packet loss occurring as your computer communicates with your internet modem, but once your traffic hits iinet's network there's a steady 1-3% packet loss at every hop.

The first thing I'd recommend is a power cycle (the old "turn it off and on again"). Please keep the modem off for two minutes, then see if the issue persists. The reason I'm troubleshooting the modem even though the WinMTR log doesn't report packet loss there is because the packet loss begins between your modem and ISP, which leaves the door open for your modem having issues with external traffic but operating normally on your home network.

If that doesn't help you'll need to contact iinet and show them the WinMTR log. They can use that to see which node the packet loss begins at, which they'll need to know to investigate. Their own tests will mostly just check that your modem's online and not reporting any errors, which isn't particularly conclusive - particularly when the modem is probably not at fault.

Hello, thanks for the help.

No luck with the power on/off, almost seems to have made it worse?

I will try my luck with the ISP, thanks again.
