Tul's Domain EMPTY, no Arena, no monsters (with screenshot)

I just started a Tul's Domain / Breach.
The minimap was completely revealed and there was the breach portal. When I touched it, nothing happened. No monsters appeared, also there was no breach.
I ran to the end of the map while the timer ran out - and there also was no arena.
What is this??? it must be a bad, bad bug.

All bug reports are read but they don't give each poster a personalized response.

Just to have a perspective - per any chance, did you run another Tul domain before this one?

Yes, I did most domains before. But not on that day. It´s been 2,3 weeks since I ran my last one.
