Regarding Gang's Momentum Legion Boots and SRS

So this boots will increase damage against ignited enemies - will this increase apply to your minions like SRS, or no?

No, I don't think it counts your minions as wearing the boots.
As far as I know, the only things that do work like that are shields with the Necromantic Aegis passive. "Let those with infinite free time pave the road with their corpses." - reboticon
