Xbox specific skills/builds - guide brainstorming

Hi,
something I haven't seen around are builds/guides specific to Xbox. Wondering if any seasoned vets out there want to take this on? Otherwise, I was thinking of throwing together some kind of google doc that is specific to xbox. As a starter, there's a huge difference in targeting between PC and the console which can have impacts on build playability. For example: I've found that directional "cone" style skills like sunder, ground slam, and cleave to be easier to manage than ranged targeted abilities like storm call and single targetted mele strikes to a lesser extent. Movement abilities like leap slam are also challenging to precisely aim where as flame dash doesn't get caught up on random mobs.

Other thoughts on xbox build nuances?

Not really a starter as its pretty much the only difference honestly. I played around on Xbox a bit it was okay i supppose really nice to have a controller for movement and opposed to clicking your ass off for hours on end lol. Only played and Ice Shot/Barrage and Flame Totem build tho. Ice Shot was well quite easy Flame Totem sucked ass though as is was damn near impossible to be precise with where you wanted the totems.
I've started playing on the Xbox more seriously than I ever did on PC, and it's going to be largely the same as other games of its type.

The abilities that work best are going to be ones with an origin point on the character that you fire in a direction, as pressing a direction and a button at the same time is super easy.

Direct melee range attacks are going to be a little fiddlier because "move to place" and "thump baddie" can't be the same button, but as long as you remember to walk into range they'll be fine.

Ones that activate at a specific point on screen are going to be somewhat down to the mercy of the autoaim system and how often it does what you expect. It seems so far to be OK at dropping curses on what I want it to, but a DPS skill combined with Concentrated Effect might have trouble hitting what you want in a pack. (The larger the AoE the more likely it is to catch the thing you want)
With curses I've had a fair bit of luck just using Cast On Damage Taken. I did find Essence Drain spreading via contagion to be fairly straightforward until I ripped :P

I do find the dpad flask positions annoying but that could just be me. I really wish I could re-map these things to RB, LB, RT, LT; but I'm not sure if one can re-map with the PC version.
Yeah, you often want to be using a flask and moving, which the dpad isn't great for. Even being able to bind them to a face button would be OK in a pinch.

However if you have the same type of flask on a dpad as on the LB/RB then it will use it when the shoulder button one runs out (though it would be better to be able to alternate so they all refill together)

Aye, this is what I'm doing for just straight up life flasks, however when you have condition removals or buff flasks, the auto flask thing isn't as ideal.
