Website Skill tree using +50% cpu

We switched to using requestAnimationFrame for the Passive Skill Tree which should restrict it's framerate (and therefore most of the intensive calculations) to whatever your browser specifies.

Are you using a high framerate monitor by chance? Also could you paste your Google Chrome version (chrome://settings/help) here so that we can try to reproduce your problem? Thanks!

Some changes have been made here, would you guys mind checking it out again?
