I also experience this when connecting to Singapore gateway. 200ms when usually ping is about 60ms

here's my WinMTR

The problem isn't anything GGG related

OP, 150.192.240.180.in-addr.arpa - 0 | 627 | 627 | 201 | 207 | 259 | 204 |
That's hop 7 before it gets to GGG's providers hops (networklayer)

@edwin, 150.192.240.180.in-addr.arpa - 0 | 238 | 238 | 190 | 195 | 259 | 192 |
The exact same hop with the same problem.

The best GGG can do is contact the owners of the problem hop, but this will most likely not effect anything (because GGG's hosts are not customers of said hops) your ISP should be the ones dealing with it because they ARE customers.

Both of you will very likely have problems with your ISP, the problem occurs a bit later in the route so when an ISP "tests" the connection they are only testing the connection from them to you which usually dose not touch the problem hops at all.

When you contact your ISP you need to try get past the initial line of support and get a hold of someone more senior or a technician, then provide them with the WinMTR, they should then contact the appropriate parties (even if it's not them directly)

Incidentally the same hop has been giving some people problems in WoW since september.
Apparently this has been caused by 3 undersea cable breaks which is not uncommon for asia, this would mean that all the traffic that was using those cables has been rerouted and as a result gets very congested especially at peak times(assuming it's true) and it also means that it can be months before it gets fixed.

Hey thanks for your answer.

I will just stay here crying so cause I live in Indonesia and dealing with the hotline service since I don't speak Indonesian seems impossible to me....

So sad ...
@BobbyStark

Hey I live in Indonesia too, and we have the same ISP, indihome by telkom ?

I called them this morning, and they said they can't do anything about it lol. they even offered to change my router

my best possible solution is to just buy a prepaid phone card with data on it, and use mobile phone hotspot. I can get 60ms constantly using XL(phone carrier). phone carrier >> ISP

Indonesian customer service is the worst

I will try so =)

Thanks
