So last night I was about to finish my gaming session cos goin to work for week, so I’ve decided I’ll throw those 80 fusings I have on my carcass and in 50 fusings later I got 6link;) So I’m thinking if would b better to use it for my AW warchief instead of bringer of rain cos I can get higher gems than BoR bonus gives, and use abyssus. I should get way more dps and aoe but not sure about that move as that abyssus increased physical dmg taken.. I’m not t best on builds, so I want to ask u experienced builders and PoE players if that would b good move? Or shall I do some different build with this 6l carcass?

Well it depends on what you need from the BoR. The block chance will probably be hard to replace, but you should be able to surpass the other stats with a 6L carcass and a good rare helmet (could even try to get AW enchantment on it). You also get an additional 4L to use as you see fit, which is of course never a bad thing to have.

Chieftain Facebreaker would probably benefit from the 6L
BoR Warchief totems is an Ascendant build; Ascendant Heirophant getting +1 Totem for a Warchief in Bringer of Rain is huge and makes the lack of chest worth it. Theorycrafting for that exact build has told me that trying to fit BoR and Facebreakers on the same build just doesn't work. I couldn't find any way to get the life/resistances I needed on Ascendant with both Bringer and Breakers. You may get more damage with that set-up, but when I was trying to make it work it ended up being way too fragile. Admittedly, I was also trying to make Skirmish work, but even then. GOOW isn't doing squat for you defensively. I'd definitely investigate EDIT: So the thread's about Carcass Jack, not Belly. Pay no attention to the girl behind the curtain...>_>... Carcass Jack is currently in a bit of a bad spot :(
The increased AoE size is barely noticeable and the hp and resist isn't that great. The 50% increase in AoE damage is cool and all but not game changing. It's a 6L though so that's cool =) I am sure you can find a use for it. |

But I grabbed some on t tree and that did help, I’m on 6.1k life now can do guardians no problems and shaper too it’s jus a bit longer on shaper so was thinking about some dmg boost. " Well, Faster Attacks and Melee Phys you could obviously replace with their support gem versions in a 6L Carcass Jack, and even have higher level versions of them, so that would actually be a point for the Jack. The flat phys is a valid point though, I overlooked that. Might be somewhat compensated by the Area Damage bonus of the Jack, but probably not completely. Maybe together with the higher level Faster Attacks and Melee Phys it surpasses it, would have to be tested. |

If you have problem with an extra physical damage taken you can use Abyssus vs spell casters and maybe Deidbellow vs others but I would use Carcass for other project:)
