About Fated Prophecy

I want to upgrade my Doomfletch to Prism one with Fated prophecy.

But right now I am playing SSF HHC League so no way I can get it by trade.


Is there any way to recieve specific Fated prophecy better chance? Maybe I should keep wearing Doomfletch?

It's completely random. There's nothing you can do to make it more likely, other than keep doing prophecies.
