Additional game server

Is it possible to add additional game server? In Russia, in example at Vladivostok? Check a geographic place.
The lowest ping for me is 120ms. It is playable, but terrific some times.

I'd say no but GGG's server hosts may open something there or near there.

As it happens, their server host dose not have anything there ATM, the closest being the Asian servers, i honestly don't think you should be getting as much latency as you do, connecting to japan for me is 200+ms but then i am 5750 miles away.

I'd Run a test, WinMTR or ping plotter which will show you where the connection goes and how much latency/packet loss it's picking up (ping plotter seems to be best for this)

I wouldn't; having GGG add another server for a player base somewhere else in the world does me no harm, and improves their life. I can't see a single reason to oppose it...

You're misreading Lagwin's post.

Der_graf asked whether it was possible for GGG to place servers in Vladivostok. Lagwin posted a response saying no (in other words, it is not possible) because the company which hosts GGG's servers don't have any data centers in Vladivostok. It has nothing to do with mean-spiritedness and everything to do with logistics. No data center = nowhere for servers to go.
