What will be tankier?

So, ive got 2 decisions;

~4k life/1k es and MoM with ~750 unreserved Mana. I will be taking vaal pact, using Mind of the Council (3% mana gained every time you shock an enemy), and shock more or less every hit.

The second option is to drop MoM, Mind of the Council and the mana nodes I've taken, get life up to ~5.2k, and get a blasphemy warlords/conductivity for either more leech or more dps.

First variant.

First one, but if you go blasphemy warlord/enfeeble in second variant that should be effectively tankier imho.

The first one, I think. I would still want some more life, though, as 750 mana isn't THAT much, 4k life isn't either - and 1k ES with no ES mechanics, ES regen or ES leech is... Well... "Nothing".

1) 4750-5750 EHP against oneshot hit
2) 5200-6200 EHP against oneshot hit

(both depend on 1k ES up or down and assume taking VP)
