Trouble with crash in loading maps

Hello, the first crash was on the last map of act 1 going to merveil, ok I reinstalled the game, I managed to pass that part, arriving at act 3 going to scepter of god I had another crash, ok I reinstalled the game and I moved from that part in the other day, today I'm having the same problem with a map of act 5, please if someone on the staff can help me, I really love the game but I'm almost giving up. (sorry for bad english)

I've passed your gamer tag along to see if there is anything in the logs for these crashes. Are these crashes to the Xbox Dashboard, or to the main login screen? Are you using a wired connection or wifi? | |

Hello, I'm sorry for the late reply, the screen goes to Xbox Dashboard and i'm using a wired connection.
