Does anyone know monster that use Ball Lightning? Is there even such moob in Path of Exile?

Playing last night I had a Harbinger that shot Ball Lightning at my exile. Since the name is in a weird symbolic gibberish language GGG made up I couldn't tell what the H the Harbinger name was.

The little floating eyes use it. So does Piety but hers looks cooler.

Doesn't a Maelström use it?

I suspect he's looking for specters... you can't specter a Maelstrom.

Yeah, I was thinking about spectres. I forgot about those eyes, I will test them after patch (since I doubt I will find them on high lvl maps now)

Yeah there's the Wandering Eyes but I don't think they have much potential unfortunately, too frugal with their ball lightning usage.
Maligaro's Muses seem a little better though they don't use their chaos-converted ball lightning much either. My supporter items: Victario's Charity and The Forsaken
