Book of Reform - can not drop - can not sell - can not get it out of my inventory

Hi,

I just got book of reform from some NPC which i have not talked to since a year or so.
Using it would cost me 2 passive skill points.
i will not do this.
how to get it out of my inventory?
i can not drop it inside and outside town and i also can not sell it.
how to get rid of it?

The wiki says you can sell it. Which one is it? Oak, Alira, Kraityn or Eramir's?

Can anyone explain why you lose 2 passives though? (edit: I see that /passives says I have 2 passives from "Deal with the bandits", was that the old reward?)


And how would I check which bandit reward I was last using?

All existing characters were assumed to have chosen the "kill all bandits" option, which is rewarded with two passive skill points. Selecting a different reward means forfeiting that one.
