Raise Zombie with Melee Splash OR Violent Dead? what's better?

So I wonder, will 2 Violent Dead jewel make my zombie do the slam attack all the time?
If so , is it better than putting melee splash or useing 2 of the jewels?

Two Violent Dead do not seem to offer appreciably more slamming than one. I ran them for quite some time in a Baron Zombie build of mine a while back. Still needed MSplash SRS for general clearing, though I didn't consider that a hardship as SRS is awesome.

If you want to use Zomboids and only Zomboids for clearing, go with Splash. Or possibly Multistrike; I've heard that Violent Dead + Multistrike can actually do some work echoing the couple of Zomboids that do slam in any given pack to let you get better overall clear.
