Question, isn't the last ability of this talent pretty weak? You can only intimidate enemies that are full on life, so what about for example Izaro? When you fight him on his second and third phase you can no longer intimidate him. I doubt the initial hit applies for his next two phases when fighting him again. Same thing would apply to Atziri (3 phases) or anyone you dont even get the first hit on. I understand you have a belt that applies it in close range but why not just change it to hits intimidate enemies for X seconds or something? I feel like this really makes that last point unreliable unless I'm missing something.

It says your hits "permanently" intimidate. I take that to mean they remain intimidated regardless of health but need to be at full for it to happen in the first place. If I'm wrong then ya, that's pretty weak.

Champion is a mess, aside from perma fortify, which is rather pointless considering Vigilante Strike + The Vigil (34s fortify).
The whole taunt stuff is disabled in t16+shaper. Intimidate can be had via a not too bad belt now AND it's reliable even in multi stage fights. What's left is power worth 5 points on the tree or something. :( Perception is reality.
