[3.0] 1.2m Raider wander on a budget... MF viable

I wanted to make a budget wander that did not have to rely on power charge generation on bosses and still have the dps to clear endgame. The build focuses on both ele weakness on hit snakebites which i paid 30c and +1 frenzy voidwalkers which were 20c which combined ramp combat damage 5x the hideout dps with 7 frenzy charges and ele overload. I was lucky enough to get a vertex vaal mask with +2 barrage projectiles cheap. In this setup we use lvl 3 empower and lvl 3 enlighten with wrath and herald of thunder, giving both 4 extra lvls and making empower and enlighten lvl 4. The only wand that is required to begin is a piscators which i am still using. For the MF bisco's is required but for endgame bosses a +1 frenzy karui ward is nice, which i paid 8c for mine. I use a rare 6l eva chest with high life. 75% dodge for both spells and melee attacks while vaal grace is active and 60% eva.

BUDGET ADVICE
If on a very tight budget a 5l queen of the forrest will suffice, drop the added cold damage as the pen does more. the gloves and boots aren't expensive atm but non corrupted versions will also work. +2 barrage is a must on helm enchant but the vertex vaal mask was the cheapest +2 barrage helm on the market when i bought mine. The helm is the first thing to get followed by gloves then boots then 6l eva chest or 6l queen of the forrest for 125% movement speed. The last piece of the puzzle which i have not yet aquired is a +lightning damage to attacks vessel of vinktar, this is a huge damage boost for shaper.
