That's all what i know, his dps is insane..

He seems to be doing Righteous Fire Build with using BV instead of something like Scorching ray for the single target damage. You see Righteous Fire as one of his first abilities. Most BV use the staff so yeah Im assuming hes running a RF variant with like I said Blade Vortex instead of SR

I make templar version of this build up to 4,4 mln dps, you can chceck.

gotta point out he's also using a tempest binding, u can see it from the harbinger he uses that chains arc off him
