And one off topic question if u mind... im using frenzy that says it gives a frenzy charge when hit but is not giving me 3 when i hit with multistrike. Sounds like a scam jewel.

That's a Gameplay Help question. Better!

Frenzy grants you one Frenzy charge per skill activation, not per hit. One click > one Charge. Multistrike, GMP,Fork/Chain, all those other methods of increasing hits per click don't work. One click, one charge. And even then, Frenzy is still far and away better than any method available to virtually any other charge type.

Poor, poor Power charges...
