Just came back to 3.0, need build advice.

Came back after not playing this came for about 5-6 months, I feel I have no idea what to do with my build/gear that I've collected, and I feel that I don't know what is viable.
used to play a 2h Cyclone build, Is that still viable and any suggestions or recommendations for builds?
