ToH can be higher than 30%

3.1 issues:

1) if on league, you will not have access to legacy divination distillate (6% all resist). You would need to make up for this by spending 16 points to get the +1 max resist nodes on the tree, as well as +1 max resists amulet/ chest.

2) I have not run all the new maps and new bosses, So I do not know which ones have elemental penetration or physical DOT abilities.

if u somehow manage to get that 45% chest, you could make a league version, although it would be different, since you cant get legacy divination distillate for maximum resists.

You might need to use a saffels frame + non legacy divination.


You would need a unique jewel like Rupenus has just posted. A perfect one can get 20% phys taken as elements. Ideally u want 2 of the single purities though (ice, fire, lightning)



ToH = 32-33%

Redblade helmet = 10%

Total phys conversion to elements
45 + 20 + 10 + 32 = 107%



I have been tinkering with a life version for league, although it only reached 90% phys conversion using 30% lightning coil. But it has 100% resists.

With a 45% chest that you mentioned, it would have up to 105% phys conversion, so you can totally drop the life nodes and go CI.
