I cant kill kitava A5 - my character feels very weak

Since my thread in the 'ranger' section was ignored hopefully I'll have better luck here:

Just got up to fighting kitava but after about 10 minutes and countless deaths I have kind of given up on the fight and starting to lose interest in the game.

I tried following neversinks guide even though I felt it is very overwhelming. Any help about my gear and what I need to get or aim for would be really helpful as im currently sitting at 440 dps tornado shot. Character is 'Apollzon'

You have essentially no life on your gear other than your chest piece. Also, the white Turquoise Amulet is not helping you at all. Combined with a bow that's mediocre at best, it's understandable that you can't do enough damage to kill things before they kill you.

If you insist on staying SSF, you're probably going to need to grind a while for some better gear. Prioritize life and resists on everything but your bow.

also, upgrade your links. your main skill should already in 4L with stronger supports than Pierce.

on boots, prioritize movement speed which is very important defensive stat for ranged characters.

I put that amulet in because I needed some int to use bits of gear, I wasn't sure how else I could increase my int.

Is there any particular zones I should be grinding for gear?
