[HSC] Is this worth putting up for mirror service?

I crafted this item with the intention of using it for myself. However as there is no much like it, would it be worth putting it up for a mirror service? Doubting because of the stun/block stat which is basically useless. It is in Harbinger Softcore. People who spend mirrors on boots,gloves,helms,belts are generally stupid or misinformed.

I'd say no, as the life is T2 + stun mod is there - maybe a small chance if you annul'd the stun recovery and exalted t1 res.
