Sextant with No Mod

I used a journeyman's sextant on Poorjoy's Asylum and got the Reduced Curse Effect mod. I used a second journeyman's sextant on Poorjoy's and this time it rolled nothing as shown in the image below. There is still a red circle around the map, as if a sextant is present. I have not tried rolling a third sextant.

Both journeyman's sextants were consumed. I started with 28, and now have 26. The problem persisted through restarting PoE. The sextants were used while playing my character MoltenGaren. My atlas appears like this for my all characters in Harbinger Softcore. This was done on the Washington gateway.



The instance this was rolled in is my Vagan 7 hideout. Bug report reference number 1759879576.

Edit: upon further inspection this is the "Normal Maps contain additional Normal Monsters etc. etc." sextant mod. It shows up upon hovering Lair and Temple. Running a single Poorjoy's did not consume a charge of the Sextant. I believed it was impossible to roll this mod on a unique map, but apparently this is not the case. Is this still a bug?

I ran a Poorjoy's to see if there is a sextant mod on it. There is not. There was not any sign of a sextant related effect in the map. The red circle is still present on my atlas.

Other sextants do modify Poorjoy's. The below Poorjoy's has Magic Pack Size and Additional Lightning Monsters. The Magic Packsize is rolled on the Poorjoy's, the Additional Lightning Monsters is on Temple.
