Yeena Disappeared - Act 7 Lighting the way

Never had this happened before, but I had collected the fireflies and talked to Yeena at Arakaali's temple initially and gone into the Temple of Decay. I made it all the way to the second level but it would not let me progress. Said I did not have required quest state. Went back out. Yeena is gone, no longer standing in front of temple. I cant access the temple anymore. What do I do?

Cannot progress at the moment.
