Anyone getting mass lag spikes?

I noticed this same lag when 3.0 was released, but it wasn't as bad as it is now. I'm usually around 50 ms, but since yesterday it has been a constant roller coaster and it's making the game unplayable. Right now, sitting in my HO, my ping is bouncing between 50 ms and 400 ms every second.

I was playing at 0200 pst this morning and it was doing the same thing. It's currently 1119 pst and still doing it.

This is really frustrating. Does anyone know of a fix for this? Am I the only one?

Yeh today it's was unplayable. Mass latency spikes, you start your dash movement and you see the result one second after if you're not dead yet :/
