Warlord achievement unobtainable

It appears on PC version the warlord achievement is unobtainable.

No one has earned it on Xbox.

Since it seems a lot of the achievement issues are consistent across both pc and Xbox ( way points, god power, atlas completion, etc), I was wondering if there is any plans to fix this and other achievements that aren't unlocking.
