The Retch - no damage?

Running a Cyclone Starforge Slayer build with endless hunger and the Retch equipped. As far as I can see, the retch is dealing 0 damage while leeching.

I am using brutality in my cyclone setup up but there is no reason that should be preventing the chaos damage the belt is supposed to deal.

I've heard other people suspect the same thing is happening to them also, please look into it GGG.

I notice the same problem and tested it few time. True that The Retch doesn't deal any damage while your leeching. It's bug and I hope GGG notices these bug reports and fix it. This bug has been problem whole Harbinger league.

I have been playing with two very high leech builds recently and really could not detect any dps coming from the retch.

for me its worth wearing for the flask duration but , pretty sure i tested it for a while on my dark pack build , that build leeches a heck of a lot considering the self damage , at the time i really did not feel like the leech damage was working.

personally im still on the fence , maybe its working and just impossible to notice because you have to be doing damage so its just hard to detect the extra damage .

I guess the proper test would be a single target melee skill with a lot of leech , you should be able to kill the adds on voll in dried lake just by hitting voll with a heap of leech .

sigh cbf testing , doubt it would get it fixed any faster , im sure they know if its broken .

I can confirm that the retch is not working. I cant get the chaos damage to work under any circumstances (slayer with endless hunger). Did extensive testing with several setups, even with just a skillgem linked with life-leech gem, and never did the chaos damage kick in. Would love to have some dev attention to this! Its such a cool belt that deserves better.

Can we get some feedback on this....I too can confirm the retch is not dealing damage to surrounding enemies. SongAndDance in my profile. Slayer with endless hunger.

Have tested in dried lake with Frenzy skill, and no splash. Neighboring enemies take zero damage. irregardless of how close.



EDIT - I dont know why i thought neighboring enemies would take damage, but they should not. Only the enemy hit by the leeching attack takes chaos dmg from it. Retch seems to work just fine, will post proof
