im new to the game and for some reason my characters arent linked to my pathofexile.com account, any thoughts would be much appreciated

Log out of that account. Log in on the account you play on.

If you play through the Steam client, can please use the 'Sign in through Steam' button on the login page: http://pathofexile.com/login instead of signing in with an email address? You should be able to locate your characters this way. :) |
