Can't play POE?

Hello guys, i just installed POE and the thing is i have very very low FPS when everything is set to low, using game booster, throttle stop and etc. Im using laptop dell latitude E5420

CPU: I5-2520M
Video: Intel HD Graphics 3000
RAM: 2x2GB DDR3 1333Mhz

Are my specs are too low to play it? Because when i see in minimum req., it looks good but nah.

Btw i were able to play SKYRIM normally and other games. :/
Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® 7800 GT or ATI Radeon™ X1950 Pro or better - and that was min specs from v1.0, probably much higher spec GPU required now.

Intel integrated graphics is not going to cut it... ever, I'm afraid
yeah you need a graphics card
I dont see any any key!

I'f im right then that's an intergated gfx card, which really is kinda meh for gaming. PoE is also pretty crappily optimized. Try turning off dynamic resolution and see if it helps. Weird that u can play Skyrim, but not PoE though...

game is crap designed, it's not optimized but you also need better graphics. even with lower setting ;)

try like shadow off or something? might work

hahahahhahahahaha xD
3.26 when?
Don't abandon us. don't turn your backs on the ones loving poe.
The reason you can play Skyrim is that it adapts to it's environment. PoE doesn't. It forces your computer to do what it wants it to do rather than works with what ever it has. That's what people mean when they say "optimized". It's not really the right word for it. "Adaptive" would be better.
Thank you guys for the answers, got it i thought it maybe smth like what you said. I worked a bit with the config file it was playble a bit buh meh. I will just wait a bit more till I buy new pc ( not laptop! )

Good luck and have fun :)
