[3.0] Deadeye - Splitting Shock Arrow

This is my next HCH character. I wanted to make a ranger but couldn't decide on what skill to use, so I'm going back to old faithful, split arrow. I've played one before and it is really fun - and if done right, really strong.

I feel like shock is not really used much anymore due to it's nerf, but it is still very strong. This build will have a 40% chance to shock as an RT build (or more if you stick with a Lionseye bow).

It will be tanky, with IR + 200%+ to max life while still maintaining good clearspeed and being able to do nearly any map mod. Which is a goal I set for almost all of my hard core characters during creation.

Split Arrow + Elemental Damage with Attacks / Life Gain on Hit(Reflect maps) + Faster Attacks + Pierce + Innervate + Added Lightning Damage / Physical to Lightning

Barrage / Frenzy + Elemental Damage with Attacks + Innervate + Faster Attacks + Added Lightning Damage + Physical to Lightning

Wrath + Anger + Arctic Armor / Herald of Ice

Blink Arrow + Faster Attacks + Lightning Golem

Cwdt + Mirror Arrow + Immortal Call + Increased Duration

205 - 208% max life.

Pick up the Chain Ascendancy first and the Additional Projectile one last.

You can use hybrid Evasion / armor gear since you pick up IR.

Pick up a Lionseye Glare until you can craft a better bow - but glare will do you fine for a long time. ***Make sure to drop RT keystone if you stick with this bow. It's a free skillpoint.

Ideally, you want a Belly of the Beast, but a high armor/evasion chest with HP and resist will work too.

Pick up some jewels that have life + Proj damage on them, if you have extra points for jewel slots.
