Yes, for sure. Up to level 100. Best thing about that belt in my experience are stats: strength and dexterity. In Atlas other bonuses can get advantage.

Shaving the run to 40 second run is still a 20% gain in time.

Instead of measuring power in tooltip dps people should be measuring it in clear times by tier.

I was looking for this enchant. But I had no idea it is rising level requirement of item and enchant can not be removed.

So yeah, boots are "damaged", lesson learned, I guess I am not only one. Once I had so fantastic few ex yellow boots and I tough Orb of Scouring will remove enchant (it was my first attempt to use that orb overall). Bam, and I got white boots with enchant and I had no idea what to do with it. :). I have learned few more things in PoE that way, for example recoloring sockets etc. It was not cheap, but I remember those things pretty well now :D.

It's worth, so you can make a build guide and add 70m dps in the title when you get 80000 stacks of soul eater and other stats from mobs to bait newbies.

As long as you have to have an enchant on them... get rid of that one. You spend <2% of your run not having recently killed something.
